- Fermented is a modern bar and eatery bringing together Asian, Kiwi and South African influences in a relaxed, social atmosphere.
- Our function menu is designed for sharing and gatherings — from charcoal-grilled braai, generous buffets, and curated set menus, to flavour-driven dishes that balance comfort with bold, global inspiration. Whether it’s a casual lunch, a long evening with friends, or a private function, our menus are built to suit every occasion.
- Behind the bar, we pour a carefully selected range of New Zealand and international beers on tap, including favourites from Panhead and Emerson’s, alongside classics like Guinness and Hoegaarden.
- Our drinks offering is rounded out with craft ciders, a strong wine selection, and a creative list of signature cocktails, Yuzu-based specials, and alcohol-free options.
- Our in-house micro-brewery is currently under construction, and will soon add another layer to the Fermented experience.
